Since 1980, The Yo-Yo Store has been an authorized dealer for every brand we carry and consistently have all products in stock for immediate delivery. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
We offer three Insured shipping options: Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to all orders shipped to a California address. All 48 state UPS shipments will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number to follow the delivery of your order from our warehouse to your home. International orders will be charged actual postage + a $3.00 handling charge. For most countries, this will cost $25 - $35 for 1-3 yoyos. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Due to the extra cost and handling of international orders, we must impose a minimum order of $30.00.
The Yo-Yo Store makes every effort to ensure complete customer satatisfaction with our
products. We can provide you with a refund or exchange on any item if it is returned in
new and unused condition. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number
before shipping an item back. Due to the complex nature of some yo-yos, we ask that
you contact the manufacturer directly should you have any problems with warranty or
